Prenatal care is offered according ACOG guidelines and evidence based practice. 

Options for Home Birth with the Nurse Midwife or Hospital Birth with another Provider.

• Prenatal visits- 13+ visits

• VIP/ Concierge Care

• Routine Prenatal Lab Draws​

• Initial visit virtual

• Home Visits 

• 1st trimester limited ultrasound (if needed)

• Birth Plan development

• Postpartum Visit at 24-48 hours post birth, 1 week , 2 weeks & 6 weeks post birth. 

• Same day access to Desiree by phone or email, starting day one of care

• Unlimited virtual visits as needed

• Comprehensive Prenatal package with a home birth

• Home birth between 37-42 weeks  of pregnancy with a Certified Nurse Midwife

Labor and Birth is unpredictable. Create a plan and identify options or tools to make the process a smooth and enjoyable experience. The birth of your baby is a memory you will have for the rest of your life. Let’s create memories you can cherish.

IMPORTANT: The key is to remain flexible, the primary goal is a Safe Birth (Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby).

Partner with a Certified Nurse Midwife, to walk you through making a birth plan.  Take into consideration of your current risk factors, previous birth experiences & current desires, we will assist you in creating a birth plan tailor-made for you.
